Lovemaking
With childlike affection she yields her pretty form to my embrace;
No longer does she shy away from long enraptured kisses.
When in moonlit winter nights we meet she snuggles in with me
To overcome her cares which tend to loom in stealthy silence.
We lie beneath the skylight gazing at the countless stars,
She’s quick to spot the glow of Venus favoring our union.
I press my cheek upon her neck and let her curls tickle my nose;
Soon she lets me bare her breast and there I rest my head
For her to stroke my hair while doting on me with tender words.
I hear her firmly beating heart when to a quivering roguish touch
She’s growing weak in every limb; it soothes her so, she whispers,
Delighting me with ecstasy frowning on her brow;
Desire melts between her thighs and blushes on her face
But she implores me with caresses not to lose restraint.
And then again at stars we gaze, she thinks of times to come –
If Venus would so favor us several years hence.
Eagerly I bear the pain of curbing heightened passions;
Ah! to let her have her gentle way I cherish more than making love.
